Reader Ministry Learning Outcomes

Outcomes for Reader ministry in the Church of England The grid supports Reader training from selection through IME 1-7. It draws on Selection for Reader Ministry ABM Policy Paper 7, Jan 1998; Shaping the Future ‘A vision for Good Practice in Reader/Local Preacher training’ (2006); the TEAC series grid for Catechists and Licensed Lay Ministers; and input from diocesan trainers. After consultations across the country they have now been approved by the Ministry Council and Bishop Robert as chair of CRC.
