Paul Mileham

Role: Member CRC Website Committee
Born way back in í47, I grew up mostly in Guildford; married Susan in 1970, set up home in Camberley, gained a Masterís degree at Surrey then moved to (Royal) Leamington Spa in 1975 where we lived until 2015. In August we downsized to Buckingham where we have settled quickly. We have two children and three grandchildren.

I am (was) a Chartered Civil Engineer by profession, working for a short time in the private sector then in local and later national government (Highways Agency). My main area of interest was in computing, and I became Head of IT for Birmingham and Coventry, working on traffic forecasting using computer models.

I took early retirement in 1997 and went to work for CPAS in Warwick, first as IT manager then Admin manager.

Iíve been a Reader since 1999 and either Treasurer or Registrar in Coventry Diocese since 2002. Iíve been involved at St Markís Leamington since we arrived in 1975, serving as Pathfinder Leader, Churchwarden (13 years), MLT and PCC member among others.

I retired completely in 2009 and now enjoy, among other things, compiling cryptic crosswords and writing hymns.
