Reader Upbeat - Report Published!
Final report of the working group on review of Reader ministry
The report has been published for consideration by General Synod - entitled Reader Upbeat, Quickening the tempo of Reader ministry in the Church today.

On Saturday 5th July the Synod will consider the report of the review group, which was chaired by the Bishop of Carlisle (Chair of the Central Readers’ Council) and set up following the Synod debate on Reader Ministry in February 2006. The report explores the challenges and opportunities facing reader ministry and offers recommendations to the Church at local, diocesan and national level.
