Manchester Readers licensed
Five Readers licensed and six received their Emeritus Status Certificates.

At a licensing service in Manchester Cathedral on 15th July 2007, five Readers were licensed and six received their Emeritus certificates.

Newly licensed Readers:
Sarah Fletcher - Christ Church, Davyhulme
Yvonne Graham - S Hilda, Firswood
Renate Gray- St Luke, Deeplish, The South Rochdale Team Ministry
Katherine Tiltman - The Ascension, Hulme
Elaine Walton - St Andrew, Eccles

Readers Emeritus:
Jean Adams - Oldham
Raylia Chadwick - Prestwich
Jack Dockerty - Greenfield, Saddleworth
Mike Hill - Eccles
Elizabeth Pratt - Astley Bridge, Bolton

Reader Mrs Beryl Proctor was also affirmed in her new role as Honorary Assistant Warden of Readers in the Manchester Diocese.

The photograph shows the Newly Licensed Readers with the Bishop of Manchester, The Rt Revd Nigel McCullock and the Bishop of Middleton, the Rt Revd Michael Lewis (Warden of Readers in the Manchester diocese).

  • The 2019 LLM Conference for Oxford Diocese took place at the Milton Hill House Hotel near Abingdon from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th June.
