David Wilbourne and others York Course for AdventThis is a five part course, including CD, course booklet and transcript. It includes contributions from David Wilbourne, Steve Chalke, Catherine Fox, Carmondy Grey and Stephen Wigley which look at Jesus, miracles, psalms, the church and the importance of the cross, taking its themes from Jesus Christ Superstar. There are some excellent quotations in the booklet, but there is also an over-reliance on rather old sources, such as episodes of Only Fools and Horses. There are some very stimulating questions, which personally I would be liked to have been linked to appropriate Bible passages. Stephen Wigley’s reflections are particularly powerful.
